Dear Organization,

At Aqus Café we are committed to supporting Petaluma’s social profit organizations.  We have developed a “Dine and Donate” program that we hope will accommodate your efforts to raise funds for your organization.

During regular business hours cafe patrons can bring the previously distributed flier into the cafe when they make a purchase. The fliers are distributed by the organization to their members and the public in general. Aqus Cafe will donate a percentage to that organization. Fliers should not be distributed in or around the cafe on the day of the fundraiser. Here's a sample Dine-out flier.

Generally we like to host the Dine & Donate events on a Monday/Tuesday as there are the evening when we do not have live entertainment. An other option would be if the organization might provide a band or other live entertainment for a Wed-Sat evening part of the day.

1) details of your 501 (c) 3 including Tax Id,
2) your website and details about your non-profit.
3) address where we will mail the check (please allow us a week to process)
